No refunds policy

CreditApp Easy Loans does not offer refunds on loan principal, interest, processing fees, late fees, or any charges already applied to your account.

Once a loan is disbursed, the full principal and agreed interest must be repaid according to your schedule. Processing or service fees charged at approval are non-refundable.

If you believe a payment was made in error (duplicate UTR, wrong amount), contact support@creditnowwebapp.online within 48 hours with proof. We will review genuine billing errors — this is not a general refund policy.

Chargebacks or false dispute claims may result in account suspension and recovery action as permitted by law.
