CreditApp Easy Loans provides an online platform to apply for short-term personal loans. Approval is not guaranteed and depends on verification and eligibility.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, an Indian resident, and provide accurate information. False or misleading information may result in rejection or account closure.

3. Loan terms

Approved loan amount, interest rate, tenure, and fees are shown before you accept. By accepting a loan offer you agree to repay according to the schedule provided.

4. Repayments

You are responsible for timely repayment. Late payment may attract penalties as disclosed in your loan agreement.

5. Account security

Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account unless you report unauthorised access promptly.

6. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to courts in Delhi, India.
